- **Workflow & Task Management**:

- Supervising and coordinating the daily workflow of the workshop or production line.
- Allocating job cards to technicians based on their skills and current workload.
- Monitoring work in progress to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- **Quality & Safety**:

- Ensuring all repairs and services are carried out according to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards.
- Conducting regular quality checks on completed jobs before vehicle delivery.
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the workshop.
- **Team & Technical Support**:

- Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to technicians.
- Leading, motivating, and training technicians and apprentices.
- Monitoring and managing technician performance, productivity, and efficiency.
- **Coordination & Reporting**:

- Coordinating with service advisors or other departments to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Preparing daily production or workshop activity reports for management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- **Education**: A Diploma or Graduate degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering is often required.
- **Experience**: Previous supervisory experience in an automobile manufacturing plant or workshop environment is essential.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership, people management, and team motivation skills are crucial.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with automobile service standards, diagnostic tools, and manufacturing processes is necessary.
- **Soft Skills**: Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are also important for effective floor management.
