The Transport Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the transport department, ensuring efficient scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of vehicles. This role ensures compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and customer service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of drivers and transport staff.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Maintain accurate transport records including logs, reports, and documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve delivery or transport-related issues.
- Liaise with warehouse, customer service, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Train and evaluate drivers to ensure high performance and adherence to protocols.
- Report operational issues, KPIs, and incidents to management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or transport management certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in transport or logistics supervision.
- Strong knowledge of transport regulations and fleet management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in transport management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
