As a Back Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative
- and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the back-office operations. Your role
- involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining
- efficient communication channels within the organization.

- 1. Administrative Support:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and
- documentation.

- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and

- 4. Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal queries and requests, directing them to the
- appropriate personnel.
- Facilitate communication between departments and individuals to resolve issues
- and ensure alignment on tasks.

- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest improvements for enhanced
- productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and solutions for operational
- challenges.

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

- Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in a back-office
- environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management
- software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
