**Back Office Admin (Female)**
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of daily business operations.
- Manage and maintain proper documentation and records for NGO
registrations.
- Support senior executives in administrative and operational tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and necessary documentation.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings with NGOs and stakeholders.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle correspondence and communication as directed.
- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements for NSE SSE
registration.
- Assist in data management and report generation as per organizational
needs.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet usage.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle work efficiently under deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
