**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Prepare and manage reports, documents, and presentations using MS Office tools.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth workflow.
- Support fieldwork and client coordination, requiring occasional travel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain records.
- Provide assistance in skill development programs and employee training initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an **Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar role.**:
- Strong proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).**:
- Comfortable with **traveling** as part of job responsibilities.
- Prior experience in **skill development, training coordination, or HR activities** is a plus.
- Excellent **organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.**:
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Graduate
- 1+ year of relevant experience in office administration.
- Knowledge of office management tools and practices.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
