**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily administrative operations including office maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain proper documentation of company assets, records, and administrative files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics.
- Oversee facility management including security, utilities, and office infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and local regulations.
- Liaise with external contractors, service providers, and government authorities as required.
- Manage office budgets and control administrative costs effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum [2-5] years of experience in office administration or facilities management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
