Accounting & Reporting Manager - Account

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support activities in line with AP Payment process. Each day, you will be responsible for Payment activities and Accounts Payable Autobank activities and Bank GL clearing as a team lead managing group of people You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite,#LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Finance in Bangalore-Hebbal. You will be mainly accountable for: - As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in Auto Bank Activities and Accounts Payable (AP) General Ledger (GL) Clearing, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing processes related to bank transactions automation and the reconciliation of accounts payable transactions within the general ledger. Your expertise will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in financial operations - Auto Bank Activities: Manage and improve automated bank transaction processes. Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing. - Identify and resolve issues related to automated bank transactions. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance automation tools and systems. - AP GL Clearing: Oversee the reconciliation of AP transactions in the general ledger. Ensure all AP transactions are accurately recorded and cleared. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between AP records and the GL.Develop and implement controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency in AP GL clearing processes. - Identify opportunities to streamline auto bank activities and AP GL clearing processes. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Implement controls to mitigate risks associated with automated bank transactions and AP GL clearing - Provide training and support to finance and operational teams on auto bank activities and AP GL clearing processes. Act as a resource for resolving complex issues related to bank transactions and AP GL reconciliations.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You are highly skilled in you enjoy working with SAP in P2P and intercompany
- Ability to demonstrate as. 4- 6 years of experience in the SAP Payment process and Autobank/ Bank GL review, clearing process. total 6+ yrs experience or similar role in a global organization
- You are passionate about Analytics skills, reporting skills analyzing financial reports
- Degree in Mcom/MBA-finance/Bcom with proper documentation and percentage
- You are at ease communicating (verbal/written)
