**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle **payment collection** from clients/customers (cash, cheque, online transfers, etc.).
- Conduct **regular follow-ups** with clients regarding pending payments.
- Maintain accurate records of receivables, invoices, and collections.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to update payment status.
- Prepare and share collection reports with management.
- Address client queries related to billing and payments.
- Support management in other office and administrative functions as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in **payment collection, accounts, or office administration**.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
