We are Hiring Office Executive for a Well Known Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Company Based at Iscon Cross Road, Ahmedabad.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative assistance to senior executives and team members.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Handle scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Office Management**:

- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Maintain and organize office filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Ensure office equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs or servicing as necessary.
- **Communication**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments and staff members.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- **Project Assistance**:

- Support project teams with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
