**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver in-depth training on **AutoCAD Civil 3D**, including:

- Surface creation and analysis
- Corridor modeling
- Grading
- Pipe networks
- Alignments & profiles
- Parcels and quantity takeoffs
- Plan production and sheets
- Create training materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
- Customize training content based on the audience (students/professionals/teams).
- Provide practical project-based training aligned with industry standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest Civil 3D updates and trends.
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback or support as needed.
- Conduct live demos, workshops, or webinars when required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD Civil 3D** is mandatory.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training or civil design using Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering concepts and design standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex software features for trainees.
- Certification in Civil 3D (preferred but not mandatory).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a CAD/Civil Design Trainer.
- Ability to train on other related tools (AutoCAD, Revit, InfraWorks, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in both classroom and online training.
