**Position objective**:

- Develop and deliver training programs for AutoCAD, Civil CAD, Carlson, Open Road design, Revit Structure, RISA 3D, etc software.
- Create and maintain comprehensive training materials and curriculum.
- Conduct online and in-person training sessions.
- Conduct tests and practical assignments.
- Provide feedback and support to learners to ensure successful completion of training.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Civil CAD software and civil engineering practices.
Collaborate with other trainers and departments to enhance training programs.**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with Civil Engineering software.
- Previous experience in a training or instructional role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
