**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities1. Design Development**:

- Create creative, high-quality designs tailored for cylinder-based gravure printing.
- Adapt designs to meet client requirements and ensure print-ready formats.
- Collaborate with clients, sales, and production teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

**2. Cylinder Making Process Oversight**:

- Review and approve artwork and engravings for cylinder making, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze proofs, test samples, and suggest necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate with the cylinder-making team to ensure timely execution of processes.

**3. Quality Control & Approval**:

- Conduct quality checks on cylinders to ensure precision in engraving and print compatibility.
- Provide final approval for production-ready cylinders.
- Identify and resolve design or technical issues during the cylinder-making process.

**4. Follow-ups & Coordination**:

- Maintain regular communication with internal teams (design, production, and QA) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors).
- Ensure timely follow-ups to meet project deadlines and avoid delays in production.
- Document the status of cylinder-making processes and share periodic updates with relevant teams.

**5. Process Improvement**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in gravure printing and cylinder making.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and output quality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or related fields.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in gravure printing, cylinder-based printing, or packaging design.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.).
- Understanding of gravure printing processes, cylinder making, and engraving techniques.
- Knowledge of pre-press operations and color management.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design quality.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
