As an integral member of our Digital Hub, your role as a graphic designer is crucial in shaping the visual aspects of digital transformation at CDM Smith. You will be instrumental in:

- Designing and Producing Digital Content: Creating visually appealing communications, presentations, internal websites, and marketing materials for new digital offerings and managing content for our SharePoint Intranet.
- Strategic Collaboration: Participating in strategy sessions to discuss and develop visual and interactive storylines that enhance our digital tools.
- Innovative Visualization: Researching and implementing fresh, engaging design ideas for presentations, social media, and interactive digital experiences.
- Concept Development: Working closely with marketing and internal teams to refine graphics, visual themes, and user interfaces that effectively communicate complex information.
- Technical Proficiency: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of graphic design software and UI/UX design tools and actively contributing to our graphics database.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting thorough reviews to ensure all visual and interactive materials meet quality standards before final production.
- Brand Integrity: Upholding CDM Smith’s brand standards across all digital platforms and communications.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelors Degree
- 4+ Years of related experience
- Experience developing proposal templates, layouts, graphics, etc., for architectural and engineering firms (preferred).
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint) products.
- Experience developing infographics and other proving graphics.
- Experience using SharePoint, MS Teams, 3D rendering skills, video editing and interactive documents (such as Adobe Spark) is a plus.
- Ability to complete tasks within tight time schedules and under strict layout controls.
- Ability to collaborate with other creative team members.
