**Graphic Designer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, brochures, and advertisements.
- Create and edit video content to support marketing campaigns, social media, and other promotional efforts.
- Utilize Photoshop to design and manipulate images, ensuring high-quality visuals that meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project needs and deliver creative solutions that align with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective design solutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, including experience with graphic design and video editing projects.
- Basic to intermediate photography skills, with an understanding of composition, lighting, and image editing.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with additional design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or other graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
