**Medhavi Skills University (Sikkim) has been established with the passage of the Medhavi Skills University, Sikkim Act 2021 in the Sikkim State Legislative Assembly on 29th June 2021. MSU aspires to establish a pioneering university model where corporates/ industries shall be the stakeholders and influencers in course curriculum design, program delivery, practical skills training, as well as, for providing on-the-job apprenticeship, with the following mission and vision.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- In addition, assist in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources, to prospective admission seekers for the courses offered by our university programs.**
**- Provide comprehensive counseling to the prospects.**
**- Working with telephony and CRM systems**
**- Log calls and raise tickets and follow up / coordinate with various departments for closing the tickets**
**- Perform any other work / responsibility as assigned by the HOD from time to time basis.**

**Experience**:

- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.**
**- Previous experience working as a counselor in an education institute preferred**

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Good English language ability**
**- Good English Communication Skills**
**- Ability to speak clearly and articulately**
**- Ability to manage complaint calls with a calm disposition**
**- Patience**
**- Some amount of knowledge of call center systems such as telephony systems, CRM Databases and Computer**
**- Willingness to learn and understand all the products and services offered by the university**
**- Ability to multitasking**

**Salary: Upto ₹22,000.00 per month**
