**Reports To**: Hotel General Manager/Assistant General Manager

**Summary**:
The Food and Beverage Executive is responsible for the overall success of all food and beverage operations at Doon One Hotel. This includes overseeing restaurant operations, banqueting services, room service, and all other F&B outlets. The Executive will ensure guest satisfaction, maximize revenue, and manage all F&B staff effectively.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Satisfaction**:

- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction in all F&B outlets by delivering exceptional service and ensuring high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest complaints and concerns related to F&B services.
- Develop and implement guest service programs specifically for F&B operations.
- Conduct regular guest satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement in F&B service.
- **Financial Performance**:

- Develop and implement budgets and forecasts for all F&B departments.
- Monitor and control F&B expenses to maximize profitability.
- Maximize revenue through effective pricing strategies, menu engineering, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and room service.
- Ensure that all F&B policies and procedures are followed consistently.
- Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance for all F&B departments.
- **Menu Development & Planning**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of innovative and appealing menus for all F&B outlets.
- Ensure that menus are cost-effective and profitable.
- Stay abreast of current food trends and incorporate them into menu offerings.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage inventory levels for all food and beverage products to minimize waste and ensure timely ordering.
- Monitor and control food costs.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Recruit, hire, and train F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, chefs, and kitchen staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Address employee concerns and resolve disputes effectively.
- **Banqueting & Events**:

- Oversee the planning and execution of all banquets and special events, including weddings, conferences, and corporate events.
- Ensure that all banqueting events meet client expectations and are profitable.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
