**ABOUT THE PRODUCT/APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST**:
**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Solve technical issues like a pro, using your expertise and out-of-the-box thinking to come up with creative solutions.
- Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to resolve product-related issues and provide customers with top-notch service.
- Keep track of customer inquiries and resolutions using our state-of-the-art CRM system.
- Step up and escalate complex issues to the right team members, and follow through until the issue is resolved.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with product updates and new features, and using that knowledge to help customers and improve our service.
- Be the voice of the customer by providing feedback and suggestions to our product development team.
- Maintain product feature and issue resolution documentation in state-of-the-art ticketing and knowledge management system.
- Continuously improve the customer support experience through proactive communication and process improvements.
