This is a full-time position based in India. Key Responsibilities: ·Provideclinical and technical application supportfor our products. ·Reporting to Business Manager in India. ·Assist inpre-sales activities , including product installations- configuration and demonstrations. ·Conducton-site and remote training sessionsfor Sleep Technologists, RT`s, partners and healthcare professionals. ·Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions. ·Analyse product performance, gather user feedback, and contribute to continuous product improvement. ·Maintain effective communication with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.Qualifications Bachelor's degree inRespiratory Therapy or RPSGT with Communication and Training Skills to manage the product application trainings. Analytical Skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
