- Maintain data confidentiality and secure handling.
- **Team Support**:

- Help clinical and regulatory teams in daily activities.
- Support audit readiness and timely task completion.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Good communication and soft skills.
- Basic computer operation and typing skills.
- Punctuality and discipline.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- **Payroll Assistance**:
**Accounts Support Responsibilities**:

- **Billing and Invoices**:

- Collect, verify, and file vendor bills, client invoices, and receipts.
- Follow up on payment status with vendors and clients.
- **Petty Cash Handling**:

- Maintain petty cash records, vouchers, and expense tracking.
- Submit daily/weekly cash reports to the accounts manager.
- **Bank Transactions (Basic)**:

- Assist in cheque preparation or online payment support.
- Maintain payment register (manual or Excel).
- **Data Entry**:

- Enter bills, payments, and receipts into accounting software (if used).
- Support monthly closing work (expense summaries, etc.).
- **Audit and Compliance**:

- Help prepare documents for internal/external audits.
- Ensure GST, TDS, and tax documents are properly filed.
- Coordinate attendance data for salary processing.
- Maintain records of salary slips, PF/ESI details (if applicable).
- **Staff Communication**:

- Send HR-related announcements (holidays, shifts, policies).
- Assist in grievance handling and basic employee queries.
- **Training Coordination**:

- Schedule internal training programs (GCP, SOP, IT).
- Maintain training attendance and feedback.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines.
- Support ethics committee documentation and approvals.
- Enter clinical study data into databases or tracking systems.
- Generate reports related to trial progress, timelines, and documentation status.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
