NJ Capital, a registered non-banking finance company (NBFC), operates the retail lending arm of the NJ Group. Job Location : Udhana Udhog, Surat

Job Responsibilities:

- Credit Bureau interaction: data submission and complaint resolution
- Customer complaint and query resolution
- Outbound calls to procure customer feedback
- Preparing MIS reports

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
