**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Finalization of Accounts
- Supervision of Overall accounting
- Responsible for overall accounting of all companies
- Designing and implementing systems to ensure smooth functioning of finance and accounts operation across organization
- Leading all the company accounts team
- Providing time to time training to accounts staff and Managers
- Managing overall compliance related to accounts
- Taking care of Accounts, taxation, auditing and some part of Finance
- Fund Management
- Supervision of TDS and GST
- Manage tax and statutory Audit
- Taking care of different scrutiny
- Making Cash flow and Fund flow statement
- Making profitability statement
- Ensuring timely payment made to creditors after deducting their statutory dues like TDS etc.
- Prepare and submit monthly MIS
- Discussion of tax planning and Projection preparation
- Making SOP’s related to Account
- Responsible for statutory compliances of all companies
- Monitoring day to day accounting
- Supervision of banking Activities
- Preparation of salary books of accounts, bank reconciliation etc.
- Due diligence in Acquisition
- Ensuring Audit of Tax Audit report and compliances
- Providing and complying the data require for tax assessment
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Following the time line for accounts taxation compliances
- Reporting to director
- Providing valuable suggestions to director time to time

**Qualification**

CA

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
