Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Pune. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, including financial planning, financial reporting, and the preparation of financial statements. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing financial data, developing budgets, and ensuring the financial health of the company. The CFO will work closely with other executives to drive strategic financial initiatives and optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance
  • Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in the industrial packaging industry is a plus
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are desirable
