We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing IT consulting business. As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in our company's financial management, strategic planning, and decision-making processes. You will provide expert guidance and leadership to ensure our financial health, sustainable growth, and long-term success.

Financial Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support informed decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.

- Manage and optimize the financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, regulatory filings, and tax compliance.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.
- ** Financial Analysis and Reporting**:

- Provide insightful analysis of financial data to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Generate regular financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
- Present financial information to the executive team, board of directors, and investors.
- ** Cash Flow Management**:

- Oversee cash flow planning, financing, and capital allocation to support business operations and growth.
- Optimize working capital management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.
- Implement effective treasury management practices and ensure appropriate liquidity levels.
- ** Strategic Decision-Making**:

- Collaborate with the executive team to evaluate business opportunities, investments, and partnerships.
- Conduct financial due diligence and risk assessments for potential acquisitions or expansion initiatives.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role within the IT consulting industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems. Experience with QuickBooks or similar platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to provide sound financial advice and guidance.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, streamline processes, and improve financial performance.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of successfully aligning financial strategies with business goals.
