**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Admin and Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Professional Movers. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers support and handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer claims, analyzing marketing campaign results, conducting pre-move calls, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
Claims Handling:
Manage and resolve customer claims related to damaged items, delays, or other issues during the move.

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns, provide solutions, and negotiate resolutions.

Maintain accurate records of all claims and follow up to ensure satisfactory outcomes.

Data Analysis:
Extract and analyze data from our phone system to evaluate the performance of various marketing campaigns.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve the return on investment (ROI) for marketing efforts.

Pre-Move Calls:
Conduct pre-move calls with customers one day before their scheduled move to confirm details and ensure they are prepared.

Address any additional customer requirements such as packing assistance, supply needs, or specific arrival times for the moving team.

Inventory Management:
Keep accurate records of inventory, including supplies, equipment, and other resources.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.

Payment and Maintenance Records:
Manage payment records, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments.

Maintain detailed records of truck maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

General Administrative Tasks:
Perform various administrative duties as required to support the smooth operation of the business.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: High fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Customer Empathy: Strong understanding of customer needs, with the ability to empathize and provide exceptional service.

Technical Skills: Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and record-keeping.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in managing records, processing payments, and handling claims.

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in customer support, administrative roles, or a similar position.

Experience in the moving or logistics industry is a plus but not required.
