Job Summary:
The Interior Designer Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and completion of interior design projects by coordinating and supervising activities on-site. This role involves working closely with design teams, contractors, and clients to bring design concepts to life, meeting quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with the interior design team to understand project requirements, specifications, and design concepts.

Coordinate and schedule site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Review and interpret architectural and design drawings.

Site Supervision:
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.

Oversee and manage contractors, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel.

Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during construction.

Quality Control:
Ensure that the work on-site meets the established quality standards and design specifications.

Conduct inspections to identify and rectify any defects or deviations from the design.

Budget Management:
Monitor project expenses and resource allocation to ensure adherence to the budget.

Identify and communicate any potential budget overruns and propose solutions.

Client Communication:
Act as a liaison between the design team and clients to provide updates on project progress.

Address client concerns, requests, and feedback during the construction phase.

Timeline Management:

Safety Compliance:
