**Job Title**: Interior Site Supervisor

Location: Pune

Experience: 3-8 years

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of interior design projects at the construction site. This role involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and the design team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. The Interior Site Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining safety standards and resolving any issues that arise during the construction process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Supervision**: Oversee all aspects of the interior construction process at the site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- **Coordination with Stakeholders**: Act as the primary point of contact between the design team, contractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring clear communication and coordination throughout the project.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- **Scheduling and Progress Tracking**: Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure that all activities are completed on time. Report on project status to management and clients.
- **Site Inspections**: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out correctly and safely, and that any potential issues are identified and addressed promptly.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process, coordinating with relevant parties as necessary.
- **Safety Management**: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are strictly adhered to on-site, and that all personnel are aware of and follow safety procedures.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, material usage, and site conditions. Prepare reports for management and clients as required.
- **Material Management**: Oversee the delivery and storage of materials, ensuring that they are available when needed and stored appropriately to prevent damage or loss.
- **Team Management**: Supervise and support site workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and direction as needed to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role within the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction techniques, and materials.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using project management and construction software tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

**Experience**:
