**Position: Interior Site Supervisor (3-5 Month on a Project Basis)**

**Location: Pune**

**Roles and responsibilities**:
The Interior Site Supervisor supports the successful delivery of interior fit-out projects by coordinating all aspects of execution—covering flooring, HVAC (central air conditioning), painting, furniture, and other finishes. The role acts as a communication link between clients, design teams, vendors, and site supervisors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and follow up on all interior works, including:

- Flooring installation (tiles, wood, vinyl, carpet)
- Central air conditioning systems (ducting, AC unit placement, etc.)
- Painting and surface finishes
- Furniture installation (modular and custom-built)
- Liaise between designers, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.
- Maintain detailed project schedules and track activity progress.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials for each work stage.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure work is done as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Support quality control and assist site supervisors with on-site decisions.
- Prepare project reports, coordinate client approvals, and follow up on snagging and rectifications.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Degree/diploma in interior design, civil engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in interior fit-out project coordination.
- Working knowledge of interior finishing materials and services (flooring, HVAC, painting, furniture).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
