Field Marketing Executive - Softons Web Design Solutions

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients in the Hosur region. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the local area.

2. Strategic Planning:
Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote Softons Web Design Solutions in Hosur and surrounding areas. Collaborate with the marketing team to align field marketing activities with overall business objectives.

3. Lead Generation:
Generate leads through various channels, including door-to-door visits, networking events, and local community outreach. Utilize effective lead generation techniques to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

4. Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through personalized interactions and effective communication. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our web design solutions and address client needs.

5. Sales Support:
Work closely with the sales team to support the sales process and facilitate the conversion of leads into customers. Provide sales representatives with necessary marketing materials, collateral, and resources to enhance their effectiveness in closing deals.

6. Basic Technical Knowledge:
Possess basic knowledge about websites, domains, and hosting to effectively communicate with clients about our services. Provide basic information and answer questions related to web design solutions.

7. Promotional Activities:
Plan and execute promotional activities within Hosur, including distributing flyers, organizing local events, and participating in community gatherings. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of promotional events.

Qualifications:

- Minimum educational qualification: Any Degree
- Valid driver's license and own bike for local travel within Hosur.
- Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
