Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Counsel students on career opportunities in Animation, VFX, Gaming, and Graphic Design.
- Assist students in choosing the right courses based on their interests and goals.
- Handle admissions, inquiries, and walk-in students professionally.
- Coordinate with faculty, students, and management for smooth academic operations.
- Maintain student records, follow up on admissions, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain and follow up on student fee payments, ensuring timely collection.
- Generate and manage invoices, receipts, and financial records related to student fees.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and promotional events for student engagement.
- Work towards achieving admission targets and contributing to business growth.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in student counselling or education sector.

Strong communication, interpersonal and convincing skills. (English, Hindi, Gujarati)

Experience in handling student queries, admissions, and coordination.

Knowledge of Animation, VFX, and Design courses is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
