We are hiring a Career Counselor in Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Career Counselor

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA
Vacancies: 3
Eligibility: Female candidates, up to 30 years of age
Experience: 1 to 5 years in education counseling
Skills Required: Basic computer proficiency, strong communication skills

 
Key Responsibilities:
Career Counseling:

  • Provide guidance on educational programs and career opportunities.

  • Assess students' and professionals' skills, interests, and career aspirations.

  • Offer personalized career plans based on individual goals.

Student Engagement & Support:

  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address career-related concerns.

  • Assist in selecting appropriate courses, certifications, and career paths.

  • Organize seminars and workshops on career development.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and institutions.

  • Collaborate with educational institutions to stay updated on program offerings.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.

  • Utilize computer applications for data entry and documentation.

  • Prepare reports and presentations as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of career counseling practices and education trends.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office.
