**Position**: Social Media Associate - Hyderabad(Onsite)

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Background: Graduation (mandatory)
- Professional Experience: Min 2-3 years
- Strong verbal and written communication

**Key Responsibilities**
- Social Media Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing.
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the major social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), understanding their nuances and best practices.
- Creativity: Generate creative ideas for social media campaigns and other activities to increase brand visibility and engagement. (Including employee branding)
- Content Creation/Copywriting: Ability to create engaging and shareable content, including copy. Knowledge of video editing tools to create and edit videos for social media is a plus.
- ORM: Respond effectively to customer inquiries and issues on social media, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Data Analysis: Ability to use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics) to interpret data, draw insights and adjust strategies accordingly.

- A can-do attitude to learn the dynamism of the scope of work
- Natural interest in staying on top ofsocial media trends
- Acknowledgment and adherence to the deadlines
