Social Media Manager

Social Media & SEO Manager We're looking for a talented and results-driven Social Media & SEO Manager to join our growing team.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that not only build brand awareness and engagement but also drive qualified leads.
This role requires a blend of creative social media expertise, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of search engine optimization principles.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Plan, implement, and manage our social media content calendar and strategy across all key platforms, including Linked In, Instagram, and Facebook .
Focus on increasing brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Content Creation & Curation: Conceptualise engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video) tailored to each social media platform and target audience.
Community Management: Actively monitor, listen, and respond to social media conversations, fostering a positive online community and manage brand reputation.
SEO Management: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and social media profiles for search engines, and stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through social media and integrated digital marketing efforts.
Track and report on lead conversion metrics.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media native analytics to track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and SEO initiatives.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads) with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices in social media, digital marketing, and SEO to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualification: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Demonstrable experience with SEM (Search Engine Marketing) best practices and tools.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Linked In, Instagram, and Facebook platforms.
Proficiency in using Google Analytics and Google Search Console for data analysis and reporting.
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and tactics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience with other social media platforms (e.g., X, You Tube, Pinterest, Tik Tok).
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
