**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Service Support Executive** to join our team. As a fresher, you will receive training and guidance to assist in providing effective service support for our electrical and electronic products. You will work alongside experienced professionals to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers on electrical and electronic products.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of electrical and electronics equipment.
- Collaborate with senior service engineers to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage service requests, including diagnosing issues, offering solutions, and closing service tickets.
- Prepare and maintain service reports, including records of customer interactions, service issues, and resolutions.
- Maintain knowledge of product specifications, features, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Offer product recommendations and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical and service-related skills.
- Provide customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Fresh graduate with a degree/diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Basic understanding of electrical and electronics systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Customer-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Any relevant internship or project experience in electrical/electronics service or support.
- Familiarity with basic electrical testing equipment.
