**Role description**:A Machine Learning Lead/Manager is responsible for leading the development of machine learning systems, as well as managing the team of engineers and data scientists who work on them. The role involves developing machine learning models, optimizing performance, and ensuring the team’s results are reproducible.

**Roles/Responsibilities**:
The Machine Learning Lead/Manager should have an in-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms, a strong technical background in programming languages such as Python, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additionally, they should have experience with popular ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and have knowledge of data visualization tools to help visualize the results of their work.

As an ML Lead/Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead the development of machine learning systems. This includes designing, building, and optimizing models, setting technical direction, and providing guidance on best practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that the models are reproducible, and data is appropriately anonymized and secured.

The fundamental accuracy of existing models needs to be improved, and as the company expands, similar models must be rolled out to new geographies; new models must also be developed to predict risk.

The data team is scheduled to grow, and we are looking for someone with a track record of success in data-science and machine-learning to inspire the team and help us step to the next level.
