Hotel Sales Executive

**Main Purpose for the Job**:
- Support Sales and Marketing Manager in developing client database, maintain current clients and driving forward successful marketing for the hotel. In doing so, it is expected that all efforts be directed toward guest satisfaction, the achievement/maintenance of division standards and profit maximisation_
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Punctually attend work with a high standard of personal appearance and uniform.
- Field work meeting companies and clients - own vehicle is must
- Office work maintaining and developing databases
- finding new sources of business, new clients and new companies
- Ensuring all hotel policies and regulations are adhered to
- Interact with guests in a polite friendly and professional manner, always striving to exceed customer expectations
- Be familiar with the range of services provided by the hotel to be able to promote them effectively
- Daily maintenance of current clients database and in line with colleagues, develop new clients and prospects for success
- Suggest ideas and improvements in all areas which will help to develop new client contacts

- Contact organisers of booked events regularly to ensure details for event are correct, up to date and to reassure them that Surya Palace has all their needs met
- Follow up on queries to secure bookings and generate new leads

- When meeting potential clients on site or at their office, maintain a high standard of personal appearance and professionalism in promoting Surya Palace and providing answers to all questions effectively

- Carry out any other duties / specific projects as requested by senior management that may not be listed above

Hotel functions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All staff must understand and be aware that their hours of working/jobs to be done may change according to business demands.
Own vehicle and valid driving licence is a must for this position, hotel and sales experience is preferable. Freshers need not apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
