Testing and debugging skills on ServiceNow platform
- Testing on ServiceNow IRM module customization
- End to End Testing of Business workflows
- Testing on ServiceNow instance integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them
- Should be able to contribute and/or create Test Case Design, Test Planning and Test Strategies
- Experience working in an Agile software development and Software quality assurance environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

**Primary Skills**
- Experience implementing Automated Testing Framework (ATF) and setting up test scripts within ServiceNow
- Testing experience on ServiceNow Integration Hub and Flow Designer and general integrations
- Good experience of working with Testing Business Process Management workflows
- Experience in executing test cases, reporting defects, and conducting Defect Triage calls

**Secondary Skills**
- Understanding of testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect
- Good exposure of scrum based agile methodology
- Demonstrates ability to create complex test strategies and plans and has a solid grasp of advanced test design best practices
- Able to communicate and document all the issues, follow up with Dev team to close the defects
- Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
