  • These profiles must be senior-level - with over 10 years of total experience and more than 5 years in ServiceNow. They should be capable of managing their work independently and working directly with product managers and business contacts.
  • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and Business Rules
  • Experience with ServiceNow Virtual , Predictive Intelligence, and AI Workflows
  • API integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Application Developer (CAD) preferred
