As the Insurance Placement Team Leader at Loop Health, you will be responsible for managing our key insurers and collaborating closely with zonal and national heads across the region. You will play a crucial role in executing our pricing strategy and policies, providing pricing support for profitable wins, optimizing revenue management, and fostering collaboration with customer-facing teams to achieve our overall revenue objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute the overall pricing strategy and policies for all offerings in alignment with business objectives.
- Provide pricing support to segment sales teams to secure profitable wins for large and complex deals.
- Take ownership of end-to-end deals, bids, and complex negotiations, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
- Collaborate closely with sales and segment teams to analyze win/loss data and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Make informed decisions to win deals profitably in the market, considering market dynamics and customer needs.
- Engage with customer-facing teams to provide necessary support and guidance on pricing-related matters.
- Lead and manage the pricing team, consisting of Relationship Managers and Pricing Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Foster strong relationships with key insurers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive mutually beneficial pricing agreements.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting pricing strategies, and adapt Loop Health's approach accordingly.
- Develop and present pricing reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership, highlighting pricing performance, opportunities, and risks.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in pricing strategy development and execution, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in pricing analytics tools and techniques.
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and pricing trends.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable pricing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, reimbursement models, and pricing dynamics is a plus.
