Job Description
Oversee the design and implementation of talent management strategies and programs Contribute to the development and execution of the People Strategy while taking responsibility for the overall delivery of Talent Management Identify high-potential employees and develop leadership development programs Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand talent needs and gaps Implement performance management systems to support employee development Facilitate the execution of succession planning and career development initiatives Develop and monitor key performance metrics for talent management initiatives Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements within the talent management spectrum Drive a culture of continuous learning within the organisationThe Successful Applicant
A successful AVP - Talent Management should have:
A master's degree in human resources or related field Experience in talent management within the insurance industry or the larger financial services industry Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive HR processes Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in managing a high-performing team Strong analytical abilities and a strategic mindset-
