**Job Purpose**:
Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the entire hospital facility to ensure that the daily operations are carried out without any challenges

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform boiler alarm tests, water tests and portable appliance tests (electrical)
- Carry out the maintenance and repairs of drains and sanitary ware, guttering and down pipes etc, and ensure plant rooms, workshops are kept in a safe and tidy condition
- Clear blockages in bedpan macerators, sinks, drains and toilets
- Handle renovation / repair works in the facility as and when needed
- Perform non-routine jobs as needed to ensure that the facility is in good condition
- Plan and organize daily work and coordinate with other members of the department and hospital staff to resolve any infrastructural issues
- Perform daily rounds to take note of potential damages or avoid complaints and maintaining proper checklist
- Accurately report the defects on a weekly basis to Facility Manager by clearly stating and highlighting faults and potential problems
- Participate actively in the planned preventative maintenance exercise

**Job Specifications**:

- Qualification: ITI
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in related industry and managing facility and equipment
- Technical Skills: Knowledge on electrical equipment and maintenance, proficiency in using all workshop equipment
- Management Skills: team player, maintain good people relations, practice conflict resolution
- Communication Skills: Good command over Kannada. Ability to resolve problems through effective communication

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
