**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with machinery, equipment, and building infrastructure
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential problems
- Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and work orders
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
- 2+ years of experience in facility or equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Proficiency with tools and maintenance equipment
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift up to [insert weight], climb ladders, and work in confined spaces

**Preferred Certifications (Optional)**:

- HVAC, EPA, or Electrical certification
- OSHA 10/30 Certification
- CMMS or maintenance software experience
