As a B2B Online Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing online B2B sales operations. Your primary duties will include generating and handling leads from platforms like IndiaMART and our official website, responding to new customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, and coordinating with the shipping/logistics team for smooth delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate qualified B2B leads through IndiaMART, company website, and other online platforms.
- Respond to inquiries, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electronic components and battery solutions.
- Coordinate with the logistics and shipping team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic sales documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in online B2B sales, especially in electronics or technical products, is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of B2B sales portals such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Technical background or experience with electronic components and batteries is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Excel, and basic documentation.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
