**Must-Have***

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
- Having 4+ years of experience in Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket/Stash, jFrog, GIT, Jira Service Desk administration
- Expert in installing, Configuring, Upgrading and Managing all Atlassian Products such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket/Stash, jFrog, Crowd and Jira Service Desk server and Datacenter versions.
- Experience in Understanding Business requirements and implementing the process using Jira Projects with customized Issue Types, Screens, Custom Fields, and Workflows.
- Experience in managing plugins and end user documentations.
- Integrating Jira with other Atlassian tools like Confluence and Bitbucket.
- Good experience in setting up of Bitbucket projects, Repositories, Permissions, Web hooks
- Implementing Branches, Cloning, Fork, and Merging in Bitbucket

**Good-to-Have
- Effective problem-solving, statistical and business judgment skills, with the ability to translate quantitative analysis into business recommendations.
