We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup**: Set up CNC machines according to job specifications, including loading materials, tools, and programs.
- **Operational Control**: Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as milling, drilling etc., ensuring high-quality production.
- **Quality Checks**: Conduct quality checks to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
- **Tool Maintenance**: Monitor tool wear and change tools as needed, ensuring that machining operations run smoothly.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and troubleshoot issues during machine operation, making adjustments or stopping production when necessary.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production, including adjustments made, tool changes.
- **Safety**: Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following machine safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining issues.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to CNC machining.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
