Job Description:
Position Overview: We are looking for detail-oriented CNC Machine Operators with hands-on experience in CNC sheet metal cutting and CNC press brake operations. The role involves setting up, programming, and operating machines to produce high-quality sheet metal components as per engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC cutting machines and press brake machines according to job requirements.
  • Select appropriate tools, dies, and machine settings for each production run.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Program and adjust CNC machines to achieve desired results in cutting, bending, and forming.
  • Monitor machine operations, making real-time adjustments to maintain precision and efficiency.
  • Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of CNC machines.
  • Maintain production records including materials used, cycle times, and quality checks.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience operating CNC cutting and/or CNC press brake machines.
  • Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with CNC programming and machine controls.
  • Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work in shifts if required.
