**Job Title**: CNC Machine Operator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines: Load and unload parts, set up machine parameters, and run production jobs.
- Read and interpret blueprints: Understand technical drawings, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate production.
- Perform quality control checks: Inspect parts and components to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Identify and fix problems with CNC machines, such as mechanical issues or programming errors.
- Maintain machine performance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines.
- Collaborate with team members: Work with production team to meet production targets and ensure efficient workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with CNC machines: Familiarity with CNC programming, setup, and operation.(preferred)
- Technical knowledge: Understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials.
- Attention to detail: Ability to accurately read blueprints and inspect parts.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines.
- Communication skills: Effective communication with team members and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in CNC machining: Certification in CNC programming, setup, or operation.(preferred)

**Work Environment**:

- Manufacturing setting: Work in a production environment with CNC machines.
- Safety protocols: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
