**INVENTORY & MATERIAL COORDINATOR-LIGHTS & CEILING**

**Location**: Enzo International
**Department**: Operations / Supply Chain
**Reports to**: Material Manager / Operations Head

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Tracking**: Monitor stock levels of raw materials, lighting components, and ceiling systems using inventory management software.
- **Material Requisition**: Assist in raising purchase requisitions and coordinating with the procurement team to ensure timely material orders.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Follow up with vendors for timely dispatches and documentation.
- **Inward Material Verification**: Assist in receiving materials, ensuring they match purchase orders and quality standards.
- **Stock Entry & Recordkeeping**: Update inventory records, maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- **Production Support**: Ensure materials required for production are available and delivered to the right workstations on time.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure material readiness for outbound shipments.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock and material consumption reports.
- **Damage & Returns Management**: Document and help resolve issues with damaged or incorrect materials.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory/material handling (preferred in manufacturing or interior products industry).
- Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho).
- Good Excel and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Basic understanding of lighting and ceiling materials (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple departments.
