About the role:
We are looking for a person who understands PNR Creation, Issuance, Reissuance, Changes/Cancellation, and Rescheduling and has a good knowledge of the GDS tool. This dynamic position requires a blend of customer service excellence and revenue generation acumen.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle the end-to-end ticketing process, including PNR Creation, Issuance, Re-issuance, changes, and cancellation.
- Execute changes, rescheduling, and modifications as per customer requirements
- Coordinated effectively with airlines and customers over the phone
- Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Work towards revenue generation through effective ticketing processes and upselling opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of GDS Amadeus/ Sabre/ Galileo and Airport Codes. (anyone tool)
- Can convert inbound Sales calls.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing both international and domestic ticketing operations
- Strong understanding of city codes, airport codes, and airline hubs.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
