- **Work together** with **Project Manager/ Account Manager** to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate design and technical specifications and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines
- **Work closely with project, production and logistic teams** in order to ensure timely hassle-free delivery
- **Daily Reporting and mapping of current pipeline project activities**
- Report to **project manager on project scheduling, project updates, delays, resource allocation/availability**, and any issue that may impact risk and health of the business
- Ensure that proper and thorough **technical documentation** is captured and made available to the team
- **Making Order forms and ensure on time deliveries**
- **Effectively communicating through mails and calls with internal and external stakeholder.**
- Should be **multitasking**
- **Keep project costs and timelines in control**
- Keep the **customers updated on project progress**
- Utilize efficient process to **ensure mínimal delays**
- Bachelor's degree
- should have at least 3 years of experience for project co-ordination
- Strong project management skills, time management, and problem-solving skills
- High command of verbal and written Communication

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
