We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Intern in the Performance Marketing department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of Paid Media. As an Intern, you will work closely with our experienced team members to support various marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising channels.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Support the team in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of landing pages and ad copy.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and tactics.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining project documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience or coursework in paid media or performance marketing is a plus.

This is a full-time internship position with a duration of 3 months. We offer a competitive stipend and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced world of performance marketing.
